Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Prepare the Dough
Sift and Mix Dry Ingredients:
Sift 300g flour, 60g powdered sugar, 8g vanilla sugar, and 5g baking powder into a bowl.
Grate and Rub Butter:
Grate 120g cold butter on a coarse grater, periodically dipping in the flour mixture to make it easier. Rub with hands until crumbs form.
Add Lemon Peel and Egg:
