- Remove ribs from pot and place in a baking dish.
- Season ribs with 1 tsp salt, black pepper, paprika, and chimichurri.
- Add vegetables to baking dish.
- In the rib pot, mix tomato paste and 1 tsp salt.
- Pour broth over ribs and vegetables.

- Preheat oven to 356°F (180°C).
- Bake for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
