Ingredients:
2 bananas
25 g of gelatine + 100 ml of water or milk
100 g of vanilla biscuits
100 g of chocolate biscuits
300 g of Greek yogurt
300 g of condensed milk
Cocoa to taste
Directions:
- Cut the bananas and dissolve the gelatin in water, leave for 7-10 minutes.
- Crumble the biscuits and place them in the mold, then add the bananas.
- Mix the yogurt with the condensed milk and gelatin.
- Pour the mixture into the mold and leave in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
- Then dust the surface with cocoa before serving.
