INGREDIENTS
Toast
Ham
Cheese
2 eggs
100ml (1/2 cup) milk
Salt
Pepper
Vegetable oil
METHOD
- Place a piece of toast on the cutting board and roll it out to make it thinner. Put a piece of ham on top and cheese and roll it tightly.
- Mix the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper to prepare the mixture for coating. Dip in each prepared roll.
- Fry rolls in the pan with the little oil until they are golden brown on all sides.
