1. Toast the bread loaves in the oven or on the grill until they are browned.
Preparing the shawarma:
1. Slit the bread loaves in half.
2. Place the tomato slices, onions and pickles in the bread.
3. Add the grilled meat slices.
4. Put some ready-made tahini salad on top of the meat.
Serving the shawarma:
1. Serve the shawarma hot with fried potatoes or vegetable salad.
Tips:
* Use red onions for the seasoning for a tastier taste.
* If you like the shawarma to be spicy, you can add ground hot red pepper to the seasoning
