Instructions:
- Prepare coating: Combine graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Prepare batter: Beat eggs and add milk in a separate bowl.

- Coat s’mores bites: Dip marshmallows in egg mixture, then coat with graham cracker mixture.
