– 2 tablespoons orange zest
– 2 tablespoons sugar
– 4 eggs
– 1 cup milk
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
2. Place the cubed croissants in the bottom of the baking dish.
3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the orange juice, orange zest, sugar, eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and salt.
4. Pour the mixture over the croissants.
5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
6. Serve warm and enjoy! Dust with powdered sugar for something extra.
