2 dashes of lemon juice
100 g almond flakes
For the filling:
100 g Greek yoghurt
200 g whipped cream
1 pack of vanilla sugar
1 bag of cream stiffener
1/2 tonka bean, ground
300 g currants
For decoration:
powdered sugar
Currant panicles
Aside from that:
1 large baking tray (approx. 30 x 40 cm)
Baking paper, spatula
