Freshly chopped or crushed garlic.
Freshly chopped onion.
Fresh grated ginger root.
Fresh grated horseradish.
Fresh cayenne pepper (seeded), thinly sliced or chopped.
Preparation and use:
Mix all these ingredients in a blender and blend until you get a smooth, lump-free mixture.
Transfer this mixture to an airtight glass jar and store it for two weeks. During this period, gently shake the jar once a day (1 jar per day).
After these two weeks, filter the mixture, retaining only the liquid.
