Description

Ingredients

Preparation Steps

Wash fresh oregano leaves thoroughly.

Lightly crush the leaves to release essential oils.

Place in a cup and pour hot water over them.

Cover and steep for 7–10 minutes.

Strain the leaves.

Add honey and lemon if desired.

Drink warm, once daily.
