SAUSAGE GREEN BEAN POTATO CASSEROLE
In a baggie, combine the oil, spices, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Coat by shaking.
Brown the sausages and let most of the water evaporate in a big skillet over medium-high heat. Add the water and continue cooking until the sausages are no longer pink.
After sausage has cooled, remove it from pan and place it in a bag.
Toss in the garlic and melted butter in a skillet; sauté the onions until they become transparent.
After a few minutes of cooling, transfer to a baggie and shake to combine.
Finally, throw in the green beans, give the bag a good shake to combine, and pour the contents into the baking dish you just made.
Before placing in the oven, cover with foil. After 40 minutes, the potatoes should be soft enough to mash.
Take out of oven with care and savor
