  4. Shape Salami: Place a large piece of plastic wrap on a flat surface and transfer chocolate mixture onto it. Shape mixture into a log or salami shape, using the plastic wrap to help roll it tightly. Twist the ends of the plastic wrap to seal the log securely.
  5. Chill and Set: Refrigerate chocolate salami for at least 2-3 hours or until firm.
  6. Finish and Serve: Unwrap chocolate salami and roll in powdered sugar to coat evenly. Slice salami into rounds and serve.
