- Prepare the pan: Line a 9×13 inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Make the caramel coating: Melt caramels, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat.
- Prepare the marshmallow mixture: Melt marshmallows in a large pot over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Combine with Rice Krispies: Add Rice Krispies to melted marshmallows. Stir until coated.
- Add caramel coating: Gently fold caramel coating into marshmallow and Rice Krispie mixture.
- Transfer to pan: Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Press evenly.
- Cool and cut: Let cool completely, then cut into squares or bars.
- Store: Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
