Ingredients:
1 kilo of local meat cut into thin slices (preferably from the back or shoulder area).
1 large onion, finely chopped.
4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped.
1 tablespoon of salt.
1 teaspoon of black pepper.
1 teaspoon of mixed spices (coriander, paprika, cinnamon, cumin).
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
4 loaves of local bread.
Sliced tomatoes.
Sliced onions.
Ready tahini salad.
Pickles.
How to prepare:
Marinate the meat:
1. In a large bowl, put the meat slices, onions, garlic, salt, black pepper, and spices.
2. Mix the ingredients very well until they are homogeneous.
3. Cover the bowl and put it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Grill the meat:
1. Heat a large pan or grill over high heat.
2. Put some vegetable oil in the pan.
3. Add the seasoned meat slices to the pan and spread them well so that they cook evenly.
4. Leave them on the fire until they get a nice brown color and remain cooked, and turn them from time to time.
